CurisOS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

CurisOS (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered front-office platform for medical and dental clinics — including call handling, patient relationship management, appointment scheduling, and related tools — via our website and mobile apps (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Name, work email address, role, and clinic affiliation when a clinic administrator creates or invites your account.
  • Clinic operational data. Information your clinic enters or receives through the Service in the course of running its front office: patient contact details, appointment records, tasks, notes, and messages.
  • Call data. When a clinic enables the AI phone receptionist, calls to the clinic’s number may be recorded and transcribed so the clinic can review them and so requested actions (such as booking an appointment) can be carried out. Callers are subject to the clinic’s own notice and consent practices.
  • Usage and log data. Standard technical information such as IP address, device/browser type, and actions taken in the Service, used for security and reliability.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and secure the Service for your clinic.
  • To carry out actions you or your callers request (scheduling, reminders, follow-ups).
  • To generate AI-assisted content (call handling, summaries, drafts) on the clinic’s behalf.
  • To communicate with you about your account and the Service.

We process clinic operational data on behalf of and at the direction of the clinic that controls the account. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use patient data to advertise to patients.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to deliver the Service — including cloud hosting, telephony/voice providers for the phone receptionist, and AI model providers for language processing. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us and are bound by their own contractual confidentiality obligations.

Data retention and security

Data is retained for as long as the clinic’s account is active or as needed to provide the Service, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), access is restricted to authorized clinic users through role-based permissions, and account credentials are stored hashed.

Your choices and rights

  • Clinic users can view and update their account details in the Service.
  • Patients should direct requests about their information to their clinic, which controls that data; we assist clinics in fulfilling such requests.
  • You may contact us at pg@autoscreen.ai with any privacy question or request, including account deletion.

Children

The Service is a business tool for clinic staff and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the apps.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
